The
cabin has been a perfect place to celebrate our 10th
anniversary.We so enjoyed the
blend of modern convenience with the simpler ambiance of long ago days. The cabin is such a pleasant retreat
especially after a day of sightseeing. The craftsmanship and décor of the updated interior is so lovely. We enjoyed the coziness and warmth
while inside and the peaceful setting while outside.Wish we had more time to stay! Thanks for everything.

How
lucky was I to find this special cabin from a blind internet search! All I knew was I had to get out of Los
Angeles for a few days and find some solitude.I didn’t know I would find Paradise!A comfortable bed, a fully equipped
kitchen, a shower to envy, AC, a DVD player, and a front porch with a view of
mountains and river.I had no
idea! I was prepared to face an outhouse, snakes, and whatever creepy crawlers
an L.A. girl might imagine in a mountain cabin. This place is a dream come true, and I have loved my few
short days here.I will be back!

We had
a delightful time in this little cabin. All the charm of a rustic log cabin from a bygone, simpler time and
still, wonderfully comfortable, spotless, and inviting. We felt like we were below deck on a
cruse ship!
We’ll
be back when the snow come this winter.

What an
unexpected pleasure this cabin is!We expected (& got!) the rustic feel, the coziness, and the easy
access to Asheville.What we did
not expect was absolute charm and comfort, the meticulous cleanliness, the
perfect décor, the QUIET (!!) & the enjoyment of the easy flowing French
Broad River.We enjoyed seeing
heron & Canadian geese, & while our fishing efforts produce only 2 tiny
fish, it was relaxing & calming just being knee deep in the gentle waters. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
